The RoleThis is a great role for an experienced recruiter or those who are looking to step into a new career in recruitment.Reporting to Professional Services Business Manager, you will join a team of around 20 Consultants who enjoy a fun and supportive environment where everyone is valued and recognised for their hard work.You don't necessarily need experience in recruitment to be successful, show us you are a driven individual with the hunger for success and we will provide you with all the training and tools you need.
What you will be doingPrimarily a sales role, a career in recruitment can offer high rewards. You will develop a solid business strategy to target new clients and grow your portfolio. You will match candidates with jobs and manage them throughout the recruitment process.In this role you will specialize in placing candidates within the Accounts and Finance sector. You will be required to form and retain relationships with existing clients whilst also building new relationships with prospect clients across Sydney.
- Running targeted business development campaigns to approach new Clients
- Meeting with new and existing clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn etc.
- Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue target
About youTo be successful in recruitment you must be driven by success. As a natural networker you will also need to be a confident, determined person and have excellent communication skills.
- Ideally a minimum of 2 years within a professional sales or Business Development
- Experience within a Client focused recruitment environment would be highly regarded
- An understanding/previous working experience within Accounts and Finance would be advantageous
- Previous experience working with multiple clients and meeting their requirements
- Very Resilient and persistent
- Self-motivated with the competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI's
