Do you come from a sales background and want to be part of a team that values your growth and success? We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Accounting & Finance division.
Your new role:
You'll join our Accounting & Finance team headed up by Ed Van Goethem (feel free to connect with him on Linkedin) who brings a wealth of industry knowledge. With an established warm dual desk, you'll focus on placing accounting support professionals with varied key clients. Your day to day will consist of:
- Business development with new & existing clients
- Sourcing active and passive talent
- Managing the 360 recruitment process ensuring candidates & clients receive the best service
- Building industry knowledge by networking and keeping up with trends
What do you need to secure this position?
- Successful background in sales - Are you an accomplished store manager in travel, retail, real estate, fitness or media? Your skills are highly transferable!
- You are resilient and not afraid to make the first move to engage with people
- Strong team player, but also independent and knows how to think outside the box
- You want to join a company that is committed to make an positive impact into people's life
