Looking to attract an experienced blue-collar recruiter, their preference is to find somebody that really understands the local blue-collar market plus still has the hunger to ask for the business. This is important as the role has been set up to combine account management of active clients with some new business development.
About The Role
On reviewing their performance over the last five years, it is easy to see why they have continued to grow and succeed. They have their internal systems and internal resources up to speed. What this means is all you need to really do is focus on working with your clients, understanding their needs and then working closely with your support staff to fill the roles. You don’t even have to worry about the weekly payroll or chasing timesheet lodgement. You just focus on relationship management and making money.

Remuneration
Similar to most recruitment roles, your remuneration is linked to your success. A generous base salary and super are the norm but there is also a highly attractive Commission Structure in place. They also cover an array of costs that do arise during the day. Phone, mileage allowance, entertainment allowance etc.…
