About the role:
- Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is an integral part of the team and critical to daily operational success.
- As the first point of contact for our customers (via telephone, email, online or face to face) a genuine interest in service, helping people, clear communication and providing a great customer experience is a critical requirement for this role.
- Administration, time management and organisational experience and skills are also critical requirements.

- You enjoy working with people and want to integrate within a dynamic team.
- Customer service experience with a belief in the importance of providing exceptional customer service every time.
- Professional, friendly and motivated.
- Clear and consistent communicator.
- Motivated and well-organised, with superior administration and problem-solving skills.
