About the role:

  • Reporting to the Branch Manager, this role is an integral part of the team and critical to daily operational success. 
  • As the first point of contact for our customers (via telephone, email, online or face to face) a genuine interest in service, helping people, clear communication and providing a great customer experience is a critical requirement for this role. 
  • Administration, time management and organisational experience and skills are also critical requirements.

  • You enjoy working with people and want to integrate within a dynamic team.
  • Customer service experience with a belief in the importance of providing exceptional customer service every time.
  • Professional, friendly and motivated.
  • Clear and consistent communicator.
  • Motivated and well-organised, with superior administration and problem-solving skills.

The Package:

On the job training will be provided to the successful candidate and remuneration will be negotiated based on your experience.
