You'll work alongside a supportive, inspiring manager and team of consultants who will grow you into a great recruiter.
We recruit the most senior white-collar professional services roles across Business Transformation, such as Business Analysts, Project Managers, Programme Managers, C-Suite, Change Managers, PMO and Product Professionals, to name a few.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting a team of experienced consultants, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying new candidates through different search channels; headhunting, referrals and advertising.
Matching candidates to suitable projects, introducing them to our clients and guiding them through the hiring process.
Support with the co-ordination of interviews, carry out references, and actively promote our brand in the market on our digital channels.
Support the preparation of resumes and written candidate summaries for shortlisting.
Maintain meaningful relationships with our extensive and established senior-level candidate base.
