What will you be doing day to day?

As a dynamic resourcing specialist, you'll utilise your people skills, negotiation skills, and tenacity to recruit the best in the business.

You will be sourcing a range of IT and Digital professionals which may include Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Automation Test Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Architects, Business Analysts and Senior Managers. 

This will include interviewing and qualifying candidates, crafting compelling job advertisements, speaking to a large volume of candidates in order to find exceptional talent and building an incredible network of IT & Digital specialists.   
  
What do you need?
  
This role is fast-paced, demanding high attention to detail and exceptional time management. The kind of people we look for are driven, passionate, highly ethical and enjoy working within a tight knit team.  

• Previous candidate sourcing experience, preferably within IT/Technology
• Incredible work ethic
• Self-motivated and outcome-focused
• Tenacious, self-aware, and conscious
• Ability to establish, maintain, and enhance professional relationships with candidates and clients
• Effective and professional negotiation, influencing, and communication skills - both written and verbal
• Ability to excel under pressure
