You will be responsible for managing the casual workforce, ensuring there are sufficient casuals to fulfil daily rosters coupled with…

• Strategizing for maximum usage of casuals on-site
• Instigating cross-training, 
• Recruiting, interviewing & inducting new casuals,
• Performance management – attendance to shift reliability & punctuality,
• Daily engagement with the casual workforce, 
• Safety conversations & observations, 
• Rostering, reporting, administration & candidate compliance,
• Client liaison relating to rostering & planning.

• Proven experience in a similar role
• Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written 
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multitask
