Recruitment Consultant - Construction, Property & Engineering

Due to organic growth within our Construction, Property and Engineering division, a unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Wayville. About your role
We are currently looking to recruit an experienced agency recruiter to join our successful CPE team. Your desk will have a focus on recruiting temporary professionals such as geotechnical and environmental engineers, HSQ, GIS, town planning professionals.
The team in Adelaide is headed up by a manager who has been with Randstad for 6 years and is an expert in all aspects of CPE recruitment, enabling you to harness the power of a dedicated team of high performing Recruitment Consultants so you'll be set up for success.
Responsibilities include

• 360 end to end recruitment
• Nurture and grow client relationships
• Market mapping and project scoping
• Plan and execute hiring strategies to build a healthy pool of candidates
• Maintain a compliant and neat database

What you will need to succeed
We are looking for a driven, outgoing consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to both candidates and clients in a consultative style. As it's a temp desk you'll need to be fast and proactive. You'll also have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders to understand and deliver the best solutions

• Ideally you'll have 12+ months working on a billing desk and is confident to independetly manage candidates and clients
• You enjoy sales, are not afraid to pick up the phone
• Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• You like working closely with your team as well as independently
• Enjoy setting & exceeding goals/targets and delivering quality people outcomes
