Job Description
The role will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of roles within our business. Your duties may include, but are not limited to
- Advertising job vacancies, interviewing and selection of staff
- Reference checking and verification of working rights
- Booking medicals and training courses
- Administration of company inductions
- Maintaining our recruitment system and personnel records
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders
- Obtaining and verifying copies of licences and qualifications
- Assisting with onboarding and mobilisation tasks
Qualifications
- Previous internal recruitment experience essential
- Prior experience with recruitment systems – (Smart recruiter desirable)
- Experience with Blue + White Collar roles
- Knowledge of the construction industry and the related qualifications, license and tickets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Pronto experience (desirable)
- Previous exposure to relevant Modern Awards
- Experience in Human Resources (desirable)
