Recruitment Consultant

The duties and requirements:

Reporting into the local Area Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• End to end recruitment and placing quality candidates within your dedicated clients business
• Systems and compliance management of your recruitment desk
• Building strong relationships whilst understanding the client business and workforce requirements
• Strategic planning of your recruitment desk and brand
• Supporting in opportunities to cross sell services to clients
• Working collaboratively with divisions and branches for sustainable growth
• Supporting and driving brand awareness

About you:

In order to thrive in this position, the following attributes are highly desirable:

• Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Be approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of people
• Ability to work quickly and accurately to complete multiple tasks at a time and at high volume
• Administration savvy with strong computer literacy.
• Customer service focused - we believe in good old-fashioned customer service
• Outstanding attitude, and a willingness to learn and develop
• A keen interest in looking after your staff and clients
• Experience in s similar role HIGHLY regarded.
