RMK Consulting Group is a boutique HR Consulting company, based in Subiaco.
Partnering with our clients we provide contemporary recruitment, job design and human resources services across the government sector. Established in 2007 the group has long term contracts in place with 100% of the workload coming from repeat clients and through word-of-mouth referrals.
We are looking to expand the government sector team. Our consultants work independently on some assignments and collaboratively on others, ensuring quality service delivery to the clients and the opportunity to share knowledge and expertise across the team.
In this role you will:
- Provide contemporary recruitment and job design solutions.
- Provide advisory services across a range of human resourcing matters.
- Develop positive client relationships through regular contact and identify new business opportunities.
We are looking for a team player with a commitment to the delivery of a quality service. Ideally you will have previous recruitment or human resource consulting experience, or at the minimum administrative support experience in this field. You will also have good communication and interpersonal skills and strong organisational and administrative skills.
