About You
Hastings People is looking for driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join our Culinary Recruitment team.
We have seized the opportunity to lead the way in sourcing best-in-market talent, rather than the most available candidates. Our ability to connect with both the active and the passive market, means our clients receive full market coverage and access to the most appropriate candidate for their business, not just the most active candidate.

Responsibilities

• Apply forward-thinking sourcing techniques and stay well-informed about industry trends to uncover top-tier talent
• All aspects of the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, to meet the diverse culinary needs of our clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
• Contribute to the growth and success of the team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and fostering a collaborative work environment

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within Culinary or a related field
• Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates, meeting targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, candidates, and team members
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its recruitment landscape
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, target-driven environment
• Results-oriented mindset with a passion for contributing to the growth and success of the team
