About You
Hastings People is looking for driven and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultants to join our Culinary Recruitment team.

Responsibilities
- Apply forward-thinking sourcing techniques and stay well-informed about industry trends to uncover top-tier talent
- All aspects of the recruitment life cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection, to meet the diverse culinary needs of our clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs
- Contribute to the growth and success of the team by actively participating in team meetings, sharing insights, and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within Culinary or a related field
- Proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates, meeting targets and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, candidates, and team members
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and its recruitment landscape
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving, target-driven environment
- Results-oriented mindset with a passion for contributing to the growth and success of the team
