Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Coordination:
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.
- Prepare materials and startup information.
- Conduct startups, safety, and site inductions.
- Process and schedule training sessions.
- Facilitate introductions to key team members.
- Your warm welcome will set the tone for their success.
Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source and screen candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and make job offers.
- Play a vital role in attracting top talent to our organization.
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
- Develop innovative strategies for attracting diverse candidates.
- Your insights will help us build a talented and inclusive workforce.
Data Analysis & Systems Support:
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports.
- Identify trends, measure success, and ensure compliance.
- Make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. (Grad students looking to get in to a role with excellent growth opportunities)
- Prior experience in recruitment, onboarding, or HR coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
