We have a wonderful opportunity for a self-motivated and passionate person to join our busy but fun and dedicated administration team in our Hallam, Victoria office.
You may just be starting your working career and are looking for a role in administration or you may have some experience and are looking to make a change and utilise your current administration skills in a different environment. Either way, if you have the right attitude and understand how important customer service is to a business, we are happy to have a chat.
We have excellent internal learning and development programs, coupled with experienced staff who will patiently and diligently train you, so if you don’t have all the preferred skills, don’t worry we will provide all the necessary training to get you up and running.
About the Role
- Administration support for the branch
- Data entry, purchase orders, invoicing and more
- Support and assistance to the customer service team
- Database management and updates
- Administration duties including filing, scanning, file preparation
- Customer service in a high-level service environment
- Relief reception duties
- Working as part of a team to assist in meeting company month end deadlines
About You
- Be computer literate in MS Word and Excel
- Data entry experience
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience in a busy office environment
- Customer service experience
- The ability to multi task
- Strong organisational abilities
- Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Team player
