If you have experience, skills and qualifications in recruitment and staff engagement activities we have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our team in the East Brisbane, Ipswich and Brisbane South area.
As the Recruitment and Engagement Officer you will:
- Recruit, screen, hire, train, engage and retain a knowledgeable, skilled and experienced pool of professional CAREGivers to provide quality care services to meet the needs of all our clients.
- Develop an annual plan of CAREGiver Recruitment and Engagement strategies.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of all employee employment records according to legislative and Home Instead Quality Management requirements and ensure accurate data entry of employee information into the Relationship Management System (RMS).
- Manage all aspects of the CAREGiver journey, including onboarding and offboarding.
- Work with the People Experience Team to implement the annual operational plan.
Ideally, we would like you to:
- Be personable, approachable, motivated, reliable and passionate with a can-do attitude.
- Be able to build strong relationships and rapport with our Team members and always deliver exceptional customer service.
- Have experience in recruitment and human resource management.
- Have excellent communication skills, including highly effective inter-personal skills, and strong judgement and assessment skills to be able to assess applications and conduct interviews and annual performance reviews in an efficient, effective and professional manner.
- Have strong problem solving, time management and conflict resolution skills.
- Have a Diploma in Human Resources, or higher (highly desirable), otherwise working towards a recognised National qualification.
- Have experience in the aged care or health sector is desirable.
- No criminal record.
