What does a day look like:
Recruitment & Onboarding Management: Oversee the recruitment process, from job postings to applicant screening, interview coordination, and reference verification. Offer assistance and guidance to hiring managers during the recruitment and onboarding phases.
Check-Ins with New Team Members: Implement a feedback system for all new hires to ensure their satisfaction and alignment with the company's values and culture.
Visa Management: Manage the sponsorship process for visa holders, enabling valued team members to work and develop within our brands.
We ask you to:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment and employee engagement technologies.
Report monthly and quarterly on recruitment trends for each brand with feedback and results Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
Ensure maintenance of employee files complies with legislation and uses the most suitable structure and system that accommodates all business and operational needs.
Ensure the full employee process is as streamlined as possible by setting up the HRIS and being compliant with legislation. Including onboarding, promotions, transfers, and off-boarding.
Skills & Experience
- Recruitment experience in the hospitality field
- Advanced computer and system skills
