The Role:
We are seeking a Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the fast-paced world of remote workforce management. As the Recruitment & Mobilisation Coordinator, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment of our niche workforce and delivery of a seamless onboarding and mobilisation experience. Working closely with our Workforce Planner, this role will report to the General Manager and extensive support will be provided to ensure your successful integration into the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end to end recruitment process
- Conduct face to face and video interviews
- Advertise vacancies across web platforms and our site
- Ensure qualifications, training and VOC’s are compliant
- Maintain employee records in line with our policies and procedures
- Organise client-specific inductions and track employees progress
- Schedule and book inductions and pre employment medical
- Issuing registration pack, company handbook and contract of employment
- Process site specific flight and accommodation requests
- Provide employees with a comprehensive travel brief prior to mobilisation
- Clear, decisive and timely communications with all field staff
About You:
- Experienced in a similar role undertaking end to end recruitment and mobilisation activities
- Previous mining, energy and/or construction remote workforce experience
- Friendly and outgoing team player with the ability to work within a small high functioning team
- Confident communicator with excellent oral, written, and verbal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy (we sweat the small stuff)
- An innovative thinker who values continuous improvement
