We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join the HR Team to assist in bulk recruitment at Defence Health. You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Supporting and driving large volume recruitment across call center and corporate roles in line with best practice sourcing strategies.
- Management of HR processes and procedures that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
- Working closely with the HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Advisor and HR Manager
- Supporting HR team members as and when required to meet functional objectives

- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Displays sound judgement and good decision-making skills

- Ability to research and analyse data
- Able to work under pressure and to deadlines
