About the Role 

We are seeking a Recruitment Officer to join the HR Team to assist in bulk recruitment at Defence Health. You will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Supporting and driving large volume recruitment across call center and corporate roles in line with best practice sourcing strategies.
  • Management of HR processes and procedures that will provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
  • Working closely with the HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, HR Advisor and HR Manager 
  • Supporting HR team members as and when required to meet functional objectives
