• Salary: $78,195 including Salary Packaging (up to $18,550) and 17.5% Leave Loading on annual leave

Reporting to the Manager Human Resources, the Recruitment Officer is permanent part-time (4 days or 5 reduced hour days) providing a pivotal service to the Community Portfolio, ensuring our workforce has the right people in the right roles at the right time.What we are looking for

• Thrives in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Is comfortable working in a hybrid work set up with some days in the office and some at home (upon completion of probation).
• Understands and appreciates continual engagement with candidates is most important.
• Is comfortable with talent sourcing strategies and pipelining.
• Can use data and reporting to offer insights to the business.
• Prior experience and knowledge in recruitment is required.

What you need to do

• Liaise and build relationships with managers to determine staffing requirements and target the skills and experience the hiring manager is looking for in a candidate.
• Become a true partner with the business with superior communication skills both written and verbal.
• Deliver recruitment sourcing option to advertise job vacancies as and where appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Lead the job search, shortlist, pre-screen, arrange interviews and reference checks and verbally offer candidates.
• You must commit to working at Mosman Park during your 3-month probation.
