About the role
Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will oversee recruitment for your region, covering both corporate head office roles and blue-collar trade positions.
While addressing the immediate needs of the business, you will also be responsible for proactively building talent pipelines to ensure the company retains the talent necessary to achieve its growth goals.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Proactively sourcing candidates and building talent pipelines
- Engaging with local educational institutions to develop early career talent pipelines
- Managing relationships with stakeholders
- Demonstrating curiosity about process optimisation and continuous improvement
- Leading local employer branding projects
- Enhancing the recruitment capabilities of hiring leaders
- Gaining exposure to change management practices
About You
- Preferred experience in trade, blue-collar, retail, or high-volume hospitality or trade recruitment
- Clear and effective communication skills with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong relationship-building abilities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong customer orientation with a pragmatic and solutions focused approach
- Effective networking with both internal and external stakeholders
- Adaptable and responsive to change
- Confident and proactive
