Due to a period of projected growth and Development, they are now seeking a Learning and Development Partner to join their team.
As the Learning and Development Partner, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging with business units and leaders to understand their needs, tailoring learning programs accordingly.
- Collaborating with internal and external experts to design, create and refine training content.
- Implementing creative learning solutions for both workshop and online learning environments.
- Ensuring the LMS is maintained and up to date with all learning records.
- Developing and implementing leadership modules to support the growth leaders organisation wide.
- Previous experience working within a similar Learning and Development Partner role, working within a fast paced, blue collar environment.
- Strong partnering skills to work effectively with various stakeholders and external partners.
- A creative mindset with the ability to navigate through new and evolving concepts in the Learning and Development space.
- Ability to create scalable learning frameworks suitable for a rapidly growing national program.
