Your Role

You will hold an integral full-time position in the business, as one of the dedicated Recruiters.  Your focus will be on Recruitment, Talent Acquisition and Applicant Engagement. Your clients will be highly regarded companies across Australia, and your job seekers will range from C-Level through to Operational and Business Support.  On a daily basis, tasks include;

• Being the first point of contact for professional job seekers and ensuring they are connected to the right employer and the right position, with urgency
• Managing between 15-45 permanent vacancies at one time and effectively cross-pollinating candidates who may fit a variety of positions, to offer candidates the best opportunity for their career aspirations
• Working closely with key stakeholders, employers and hiring managers across various time zones and ensure sound understanding of their business and position requirements
• Handling high-volume recruitment drives for one client, at the same time as managing single placements with varying deadlines
• Shortlisting with urgency and ensuring 100% shortlist matches with company critical criteria
• Reverse engineering positions if you identify a solid match for a company who may not be currently hiring, but may be interested to know about your candidate
• Managing and maintaining CRM software and ensuring that applicant records are accurate at all times, together with managing the journey of a candidate through to placement
• Reference checking candidates thoroughly according to agency policies and procedures and reporting on such checks to hiring managers
• Facilitating pre-employment medicals, psychometric evaluations, police and customs clearances and providing reports to key stakeholders
• Meeting agency targets and KPIs according to high-performance policies and procedures
• Provide weekly and monthly reporting as required together with key account reporting back to clients
• Meeting with employers on site, via teams or in-house and build relationships with their key decision makers to understand success matrix’ for our clients
• General ad-hoc support to the team, management and suppliers where required

Other Details

The position is a full-time permanent role and will require some reasonable out of hours contact due to job seeker schedules for interviews.  Based at headquarters in Gawler, SA you may have flexibility to work from home, client sites or cafes.  There will be an attractive remuneration package for the right person, together with incentive bonuses.  Chilli Recruitment is a vibrant, dynamic workplace with a can-do attitude, meaningful relationships and career advancement opportunities.

About You

• You are an experienced recruiter, either in-agency, or having hired in-house for an employer
• You have advanced written and verbal communication, spelling and grammar skills and you present professionally
• You are confident interviewing various levels of professionals and developing selection frameworks to ensure candidates are adequately classified
• You love people, learning about them, talking to them and can strike conversation with just about anybody
• You have excellent attention to detail and record keeping experience and daily use of MS 365, CRM and phone systems
• You have demonstrated experience in handling high-volume workloads and are highly organised
• You are a team player, engaged in the workplace and have a passion for sourcing the right person for the job
• You rise to challenge, helping team mates and a servant nature
