We’re looking for a full time Recruitment Resourcer to join our team, located in the Sydney CBD, and work in partnership with clients to appoint critical management roles within their business. As a Recruitment Resourcer you will work alongside an experienced Associate Director and play a key role in identifying, engaging and assessing candidates, taking ownership of the candidate relationship lifecycle. You will work in close partnership with our clients and engage regularly with a range of senior stakeholders, at the executive and management level. Key responsibilities include:
- Working in close collaboration with experienced consultants/ Directors to understand business context and ideal candidates.
- Building and maintaining talent pools, and proactively managing candidate relationships.
- Approaching potential candidates via a range of channels to establish motivation, interest and fit.
- Assisting with the preparation of client and candidate reports, detailing key market data, insights and trends to inform the decision-making process.
- Ensuring all candidate information and communication is recorded in our database.

- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to converse with a range of different stakeholders – from middle management through to executive leaders.
- Strong organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- Desire to continue learning and developing your career within the recruitment sector.
- Experience within professional services or recruitment (internal or agency) preferred.
