Recruitment Resourcer. Your role entails collaborating with seasoned recruiters, actively networking, and tapping into our extensive database to source top-tier candidates for our esteemed clientele in the construction trades sector. You'll benefit from innovative candidate traction methods and a structured environment.Your skills and attributes;
- Demonstrated prowess in relationship-building, particularly in phone-based interactions.
- Prior experience in sales or recruitment with a track record of meeting targets.
- A vibrant, outgoing persona both in-person and on the phone.
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for thinking creatively.
- Outstanding communication skills and a polished demeanor.
