As a Research Insight Specialist, you will lead market and customer research projects to shape product and brand decisions. Develop briefs, coordinate with vendors, analyse data, and communicate findings for business growth. Candidates should have experience in customer insights, project management, qualitative and quantitative methods, and strong analytical skills with tools like Q or SPSS.Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive research briefs and recommend suitable methodologies.
• Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely delivery of research programs.
• Analyse data to derive actionable recommendations for business growth.
• Communicate research findings effectively to drive customer acquisition and retention.
• Foster collaboration across teams to maximize market management initiatives.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in customer and market insights.
• Proven track record in managing diverse research projects.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to perform various data analysis techniques, including tables and cross tabs.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools like Q or SPSS.
• Strong analytical abilities for extracting insights from complex data.
• Meticulous attention to detail and error identification.
