Our TeamThe P&C Operations Team is located in the
People & Culture division and has primary responsibility for the management of P&C technology systems, provision of people related data, reporting and information analysis, as well as delivering payroll and people related shared services functions to all university staff in accordance with their employment conditions and entitlements.
The OpportunityAs a P&C
Services Officer, you will play a pivotal role in the delivery of people related shared services including transactional processing, advice and developing expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) systems. Working in collaboration with our payroll team you will ensure a high-quality employee experience for a workforce headcount of over 7,400 staff across our campuses.
About YouYou are an experienced shared services operator used to high volume queries and transactions, with excellent attention to detail. You are a team player willing to support your P&C colleagues and you thrive on working independently in a team of like-minded peers to provide excellent customer service. You have knowledge and familiarity of service desk operations and ideally some experience in HR and / or with Human Capital Management systems. You are proactive, positive, resilient and able to remain calm in high pressure situations.
