Working within our Corporate division, you will join a collaborative, cohesive team directly contributing to the success of our business every day.Due to our growing pipeline of work, Monadelphous are currently seeking Recruitment Specialist’s to join our team in Milton, Brisbane. This role is on a 12 month fixed term contract, with the possibility to go permanent for the right candidate.The role of Recruitment Specialist will see you working on Blue Collar high volume roles across multiple projects and divisions within Monadelphous. You will be liaising with internal stakeholders to identify future talent needs and objectives, and to deliver a steady stream of talent with a strong customer service driven approach.
