What we’re looking for?
An enthusiastic, energetic individual who is keen to work with a well-regarded, supportive and high-performing recruitment team. As part of our People and Culture team, you’ll work to source and attract people to our health service and to support our hiring managers in selecting and appointing the most suitable candidates to join their teams. In this interactive, people-based role, you’ll love providing a high level of client service to meet the needs of your internal stakeholders and candidates alike. It offers a great opportunity to play a key role across all stages of the recruitment process.
This is a permanent role, based at our Kingston Centre in Cheltenham but you'll also travel to other Monash Health sites to support your stakeholders. While we’re happy to consider a minimum of four days per week, our preference is to appoint this role on a full time basis.

About Us
Monash Health is the largest, most comprehensive health service in Victoria and has grown by 70% from 15,000 to 25,500 people since 2016. We continue to grow to support our community’s healthcare needs and we have a number of expansion projects underway at varying stages of planning and delivery through until 2027. As the state’s first public health service to establish an in-house team supporting recruitment to our permanent workforce, our recruitment team has grown from two to 14 in the last six years tin recognition of the organisation’s growth.
