About the role:
This exciting role reports to the Directors where you will be working as a 360 Recruitment Specialist for contract and permanent white-collar roles on a Commercial Building Construction desk across all of AU. This is a full function role where you will be responsible for candidate sourcing through to business development and account management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Business Development with both new and existing clients
- Manage active roles, including writing job ads, sourcing candidates, head hunting.
- Passively search for talent within your key sector
- Candidate interviews and feedback
- Client Management
- Closing out permanent and temporary contracts
- Building the desk and a team of recruiters underneath you
- Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist, ideally in the construction sector
- Ability to multitask and prioritise;
- Proactive Business Development Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- strong candidate management skills
- Confidence and personality.
