Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with Hiring Managers to meet all recruitment needs for our growing team.
- Manage Relationships: Provide a high-touch experience for candidates, ensuring a seamless journey from sourcing to onboarding.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending job offers.
- Proactive Sourcing: Utilize various channels to market for pipelining and attracting top talent.
- Business Insight: Participate in business and leadership meetings to stay informed and support recruitment strategies aligned with our company's goals.
- Data-Driven: Deliver insightful reporting on recruitment metrics on a daily and weekly basis to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in recruitment, with a knack for high-volume recruitment, both in-house and agency side – minimum 4 years.
· Formal Qualifications in Human Resources is a must.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities to provide meaningful data insights.
- Experience with various ATS platforms, preferably SmartRecruiters.
- Demonstrated international and cross-cultural experience.
