The Role:
As a Procurement Specialist at Oscars Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring our venues are stocked with the highest quality products at the best possible prices. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and contribute to the ongoing success and growth of Oscars Group. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence in procurement.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage and negotiate with suppliers to procure goods and services that meet our quality and cost requirements.
- Develop, maintain and monitor strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure reliability and foster long-term partnerships.
- Oversee inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock availability while minimising excess and obsolescence.
- Conduct thorough cost analyses and market research to identify cost-saving opportunities and support budgeting processes.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on procurement activities, cost savings, and supplier performance for senior management.
- Work closely with other departments, including Operations, Finance, and Quality Assurance, to align procurement strategies with overall business goals.
About You:
- Proven experience in procurement, specifically within the food and beverage industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse market trends and make strategic decisions.
- A degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or industry experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.
