Job responsibilities
1、Fully understand the company's strategy and business needs, develop a comprehensive talent recruitment strategy;.
2、Independently responsible for strategic/key talent acquisition projects, develop job competency model, accurate talent profiling, and through multi-channel, multi-method hunting and complete the recruitment delivery;
3、Improve the talent mapping, establish talent pool, and do a good job in maintaining the relationship with high-end talents;
4、Participate in the recruitment system construction and recruitment of COE other key recruitment projects.
5、Support the company's key projects industry talent information research, collect market and industry company information, regular output industry talent report.
Qualifications:
1, 5 years and above recruitment experience;
2, fluent in English and Chinese, familiar with the local recruitment channels in Singapore;
3、Rich experience in high-end talent hunting, mature talent mapping methodology and practical experience;
4、Familiar with recruitment assessment techniques: interview skills and assessment tools
5, with strong problem solving and communication skills;
