The Adelaide office is a cohesive team of dedicated consultants and exceptional administration and compliance officers. SBU's include Construction & Property, Logistics, Trades & Labour, Engineering, Resources & Mining and all corporate and professional business units.
Your new role
This established Logistics Trades desk has a solid client base including a number of preferred clients, and present an opportunity for you to make your mark on your desk in this growing sector, whilst also managing a small but high performing team. The desk also benefits from a very busy and varied SME market, together with a diverse and well-established candidate supply. You’ll drive a strategy to capitalise on opportunities in the sectors supported by Manufacturing & Operations, Facilities and traditional construction Trades and Labour in the region.
What you'll need to succeed
Part of an established and proven Trades model, this is a fast-paced 360 desk that requires energy, a commercial approach to business development, and great face-to-face influencing skills. Site visits are required daily, meeting both clients and candidates and maximising relationships and leads. You will be predominantly temp focused and will recruit across the private and public sectors.
Ideally, you’ll already have some people management experience and be ready to take the next step in your leadership career, or be a successful Senior Recruitment Consultant demonstrating all of the qualities of a leader in our business. You’ll naturally lead from the front on your own desk, effectively coach and develop others and be able to drive a high-performance culture whilst achieving operational rigour in your business.
