About the role:
We are hiring for multiple shifts, both AM and PM, to accommodate your schedule. As a Recycling Sorter, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency of the recycling process. Working with a variety of recyclables, from kerbside recycling bins. You'll be responsible for sorting materials, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sort recyclable waste on conveyors
- Ensure the correct recyclables are processed
- Conduct general cleanup of the recycling plant facility
- Adhere to all site safety procedures and policies
Requirements:
- Availability to work Monday to Friday on allocated shifts
- Access to reliable transportation due to the location and shift timings
- Comfortable working in a dusty and noisy environment
- Prior experience on a conveyor belt is preferred but not necessary
- Strong attention to detail
