Peninsula Pool Steel Fixing is a family run and owned business based on the Mornington Peninsula that works for high end Pool builders, House builders and Owner builders providing all aspects of form work, steel fixing and pool plumbing . We are shaking things up with our new age mentality on business and our eagerness to exceed our customer's expectations. Qualifications & experience
MUST HAVE'S
- You must be an A grade worker someone that likes to get it done and get it done right
- Expect to grow learn and excel in your work life
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Have current Australian drivers license
- Construction white card
- 12 Months trade experience
- You must be physically fit and enjoy being outside
Tasks, responsibilities and Workload
Assist the experienced tradesman to construct the swimming pools as required.
This may include
- Cutting and bending of steel with powered cutters and benders
- moving screenings
- moving timber
- banging star pickets
- digging
- loading and unloading trucks
- stripping form work
Then there is the fun stuff
- Using power tools including but not limited to, Nail guns, Power Saws, Impact drivers, grinders and jack hammers
- Learning a new and diverse trade that covers form work steel fixing and pressurized plumbing.
- Working in an A-Grade work environment
- Building the best pools in Melbourne as featured on T.V with The block and Grand Designs
- Potential and Expectation of growth within the business. Learn your role then move up and train the next person.

Where we work
We work all around the Eastern Freeway Bayside and Mornington Peninsula. We have options to head straight to site for City based employees or make a little extra money and start at the factory in the mornings.
