This position is 20-25 hours per week and is split between administration and coaching hours. n
Responsibilities:
Conduct Reformer Pilates Classes: Lead our Reformer Pilates classes, ensuring a safe and challenging workout environment.
Manage Timetable & Instructors: Lead and manage our flagship Reformer Pilates studio, from the timetable to our coach schedules.
Member Engagement: Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere, providing personalized attention to members, offering guidance, and celebrating their achievements.
Technique Correction: Provide constructive feedback on form and technique to ensure the safety and effectiveness of movements.
Community Building: Actively engage with members, promoting a sense of community and teamwork within the Reformer Studio.
Continued Education: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and certifications in Reformer Pilates and beneficial fitness training.
It is important you have exceptional communication skills, as this position requires you to liaise with other Heads of Departments, other ROAR Reformer Head Coaches and our members. We are seeking someone with passion and will always do the right thing, not the easy thing.
Qualifications: Must be trained in Reformer Pilates Instruction.
Previous Coaching Experience: Proven experience coaching Reformer Pilates classes and working with clients of varying fitness levels.
Passion for Fitness: A genuine passion for fitness, health, and helping others reach their goals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively convey instructions and motivation.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other coaches and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive gym environment.
Current CPR and First Aid certifications required.
