What you'll do
- Provide subject matter expertise on refrigerated showcases and hot food displays
- Support the development, trial and deployment of showcase engineering best practices to optimise energy consumption and drive sustainable designs
- Manage key relationships with showcase manufacturers to bring to life merchandising concepts
- Support product development from initial business brief, store trials, post implementation reviews through to product standardisation
- Work in conjunction with Woolworths Refrigeration Field Engineers to support store showcase layouts and design Support showcase scope development for new store builds and renewal projects
- You have a background in commercial refrigeration, with exposure to showcase design
- You either have Tertiary qualifications in Mechanical Engineering preferred, OR Trade qualifications in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- You have project management experience with exposure to budgets
- Commercial refrigeration experience in supermarkets, FMCG or an Industrial environment will be highly regarded
- High level of verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to partner with stakeholders to drive outcomes
