What We Are Looking For

We are seeking to appoint a Regional Account Manager to grow our Australian operations. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for developing and closing new business opportunities, enhancing existing customer accounts and ensuring successful customer outcomes in their assigned region by:

  • Building and growing a robust pipeline, qualifying opportunities and accurately forecasting sales opportunities/activities
  • Creating new business opportunities and managing the sales process through to the successful completion
  • Working with internal teams to identify and resolve renewal risks, identify expansion opportunities and building strategies to drive further customer adoption
  • Maintaining accurate data related to opportunities, sales activities and revenue projections in HubSpot
  • Travel is required as a core component of this role

What You’ll Need

  • Minimum of 4 years sales experience, preferably in cyber security and ideally within growth stage organisations
  • Demonstrated experience in developing sustainable new business and consistently achieving and exceeding quota
  • Knowledge of the ACSC Essential Eight is highly desirable
  • Applicants will need to have the unrestricted right to work in Australia to be eligible for this role
  • Successful applicants will need to be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance as part of our final stages of the recruitment process

  • We don’t think money is everything, but we know it is an important part of your decision to apply for a role. This position has an On-Target-Earnings (OTE) package of approximately $150,000 (based on quota achievement). The base salary component of the package is determined by a range of factors, including location, relevant work experience, skills and certifications.
  • One of our key benefits is the flexibility we offer team members. Ideally, our preferred candidate will be based in Adelaide, however we will consider candidates located in other cities of Australia.
  • Additionally, we have flexible work schedules, a relaxed dress, and other great things like paid volunteering time.
