Regional/ Area Manager

We are looking for a Area/Regional Manager who is ready for an exciting ride with a thriving retailer with a fast-evolving network of 260+ stores. You'll look after a portfolio of 15 ranging from areas of Bondi, South Coast, Albury/Wagga and CBD locations!
  
You will be exposed to consistent training and work with an inspiring team, reporting into an amazing National Manager. This is a business who have absolutely paved the way in their industry and are the leaders in their space.
  
This position requires a hands on person who thrives on hitting sales targets, has strong business and commercial acumen and LOVES to inspire and grow their team.
  
  
  
Does this sound like you?:
  

• 2+ years in Area Management, Regional or State level.
• Exceptional ability to lead a team.
• Proven sales record and experience working with KPI's is essential!
• A passion for coaching and developing your team, act as a mini Learning and Development coach. You will be the backbone to enhance, grow and build team spirit and culture.
• Recruitment experience is a must! Build your team from the bottom up.
• Competent with Visual Merchandising, Stock Control and Retail Operations.
• Performance Management experience is a must
• Experience opening new stores.
• Hunger to absolutely exceed all sales results and see instant rewards.
• Personality mixed with a professional demeanour and love of everything retail
