The Role

Alsco Uniforms is looking for a Regional General Manager who has proven experience in supporting their team to grow and retain a profitable customer base in a B2B services environment.  This role can be based either in our Sydney headquarters or from one of our branch locations in Victoria (Footscray / Mulgrave) and will report to the General Manager, Australia.

As the Regional General Manager (VIC/SA/WA) you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring your direct team to optimise their allocation of human, financial, and technological resources so that their branch can achieve its day-to-day operational goals, deliver exceptional customer experience, and contribute to the global strategic goals of Alsco Uniforms.

In this role, you will be recognised as a champion of safety and you will ensure that the safety culture and commitment at each of your branches is genuine, and that if things go wrong, action is taken to learn and reduce future risks.  As a passionate people leader you will also invest in the development and growth of your teams to support their career aspirations being achieved at Alsco Uniforms.

Working as part of the APAC Executive Leadership Team you will contribute to setting the agenda for the long-term growth and success of the business. You will also be working closely with the Regional General Manager (NSW/QLD) and General Manager Fresh & Clean, to ensure a consistent implementation of the strategic plan and governance framework across the Australian business.
