About The Position

Position Description
- Lead and oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning and exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the Racing Centre's competitiveness and market position.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement among staff members.
- Collaborate with marketing and promotional teams to drive attendance and revenue through innovative campaigns and events.
- Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, and implement cost-effective measures to optimize resource utilization.
- Uphold high standards of safety, security, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between the Racing Centre, regulatory bodies, and other industry stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and stay abreast of industry trends.
Position Requirements
- Proven track record of successful leadership and management in a similar capacity, preferably within the hospitality, entertainment, or sports industries.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders including staff, patrons, sponsors, and regulatory authorities.
- Demonstrated financial management skills, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of racing industry practices, regulations, and trends is highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality management, sports management, or a related field is preferred.
