What we are looking for?
Energised, career driven Regional Manager who knows what it takes to lead a team to provide exceptional customer service in a sales driven environment.
As a Regional Manager you will be responsible for managing all aspects of operations for your 3 stores around Adelaide whilst managing one of these stores of your own.
This includes driving and exceeding store budgets whilst maximising sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, building effective teams, compliance to company visual merchandising standards , profit and loss management and adherence to company policies, processes and directives.
Regional Manager Responsibilities:
• Achieve or exceed sales targets for your region.
• Analyse and follow up individual sales and KPI results for your stores.
• Drive a sales culture in all stores as well as facilitate training sessions to upskill your team.
• Manage the stores wages and provide feedback to your other Store Managers.
• Drive, coach and deliver exceptional customer service standards for your region.
• Manage escalated store and customer complaints to ensure they are promptly dealt with.
• Proactively recruit store management positions and provide assistance to stores for non-management roles with the support of Recruitment.
To be suitable for the role you must have:
• Minimum 2 years multi site experience (2 stores + ) ideally in fashion retail.
• Be an inspirational Leader and be able to provide a good team environment to achieve extraordinary results.
• The ability to drive Sales and understand how to convey this through to your team.
• Great communication, verbal and written skills.
• Are highly organised and perform well under pressure.
• Budget and KPI management experience.
• Expense management experience.
• A current driver’s licence and be flexible to work across multiple locations.
• Ability to work autonomously - you are also self-driven and motivated!
