About the role:
We are looking for a Regional Manager to join our management team. You will be a commercially focused leader, responsible for driving the Operational performance of our Branches on a national basis.
Reporting to the General Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Daily oversight of business units (QLD, NSW, WA, VIC) eg. Product Showrooms, Warehouse / Stock / Workshop & Human Resources
- Review / implementation of Operational Policy and Process to ensure a uniform standard throughout the business.
- Recruitment/training of direct reports/ performance management.
- Review of operational / financial and/or other performance data to measure productivity and determine performance improvement strategies.
- Promote and enhance the organisational culture.
- Grow and retain a workforce to meet future growth of business.
- Inter-state travel required.
Skills and experience:
- 5 + years management experience, specifically in the areas of operational management, business analytics and/or similar type role
- Previous experience in writing process / policy /procedure to streamline operations. (ISO preferred but not essential)
- Willingness to be hands on, working in systems and with people directly to achieve outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exp. with NetSuite inventory management preferred but not essential

- Comprehension of KPI's applicable for each department within branch
- Engaging style and collaborative approach, highly skilled in human resources and people management
