The Role:
An outstanding opportunity has arisen to be part of the Management Team with strategic and operational capability to develop and manage the QLD state. The Regional Manager will be reporting directly to the National Operations Manager who is based in Melbourne. The Primary focus will be to manage the team, assist with projects and our client delivery.
Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Manage the states project operations, workforce, clients and ensuring revenue targets are achieved and/or exceeded
- Recruit train and support the General Manager as well conducting regular performance appraisals
- Implementation and execution of the business marketing and advertising plans
- Managing contractor’s delivery, quality, time-frames, and invoicing
- Responsible for Project P&L finance, cost budgets, variations, resource utilisation, project KPI compliance and delivery
- Drive and manage relevant planning approvals on consent activities, alternative sites and site upgrades including Deployment Code, DA's and other relevant planning consents in alignment with regularity and quality standards
- To act in accordance with relevant Occupational Health & Safety Legislation and the company’s matrix of Occupational Health & Safety responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following experience and skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a similar field preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written together with proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making capability together with multitask strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Have a minimum of 7-10 years proven experience and success within a similar role in the telecommunications business sector
- Possess a strong understanding of the company’s business model and industry applying use of this knowledge to provide independent perspective and constructively challenge the team, ensuring that business decisions are grounded in solid financial criteria
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written together with proficiency in Microsoft Office, with CRM systems, and project management tools.
- Excellent leadership and decision-making capability together with multitask strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
