The CareSide is on a mission to disrupt one of Australia’s oldest industries: aged care. Our team of healthcare professionals and support workers helps seniors maintain their autonomy so they can age gracefully and continue to live in their homes.
We’ve developed our own internal software that enables us to operate more efficiently than other home care providers. This efficiency allows us to pass those savings on to our customers. We believe the elderly spend too much of their home care budget on administrative costs and overhead, and not enough goes toward service delivery.

About the role:
We’re rapidly expanding our operations in Victoria. With that, we’re looking to hire a Regional Manager based in Melbourne to lead and coach a team of care managers, scheduling, and recruitment staff. This is a senior role that will report to the Chief Operating Officer.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly coaching sessions with your team members to oversee their performance and progression
- Oversee clinical governance for clients
- Manage client escalations diplomatically and professionally
- Create and develop training materials to continuously improve the home care services provided by caregivers, ensuring the quality and safety of service delivery
- Assist with recruiting efforts to attract top care managers to your regional team
- Contribute towards the continuous improvement of the company's operational systems and processes
- Promote The CareSide’s mission and values internally with staff and externally with clients
- Report to the Board quarterly
- Manage the profit and loss (P&L) of the company’s services in Victoria
