Regional Manager- Brisbane and Northern Queensland- Hybrid Position
About The Role:
We have an opportunity for a Regional Manager to join our dynamic Queensland Operations Team. The success of the Regional Manager is driven by their ability to co-ordinate the business, people, operations, and strategy of their clinics. This important position supports and leads our veterinary operations starting with clinics in central Brisbane and then the eastern seaboard including McKay, Rockhampton, Townsville, and Cairns. Noting that regular travel away from home is required.
We are seeking someone with sound multisite management experience who can demonstrate proven customer centric ability whilst delivering results culturally and financially.
A background in human or veterinary health an advantage.

Your Responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all operational and people matters including communications, recruitment, training, development, recognition, and wellbeing.
- Being highly engaged in customer experience, digital services, and client loyalty activities.
- Managing the financial performance of the clinics, budgets and P&L.
- Leading on work health and safety compliance, risk, and auditing
- Working closely with the Clinical Leaders to uphold industry standards and innovation, clinical governance and strategic direction and decisions with the clinics.
- Ability to champion change, improve clinic performance, drive client engagement, and create high performing service environments.
- Leading on company initiatives, projects, and technology.
- Bringing a transparent leadership style focused on collaboration and engagement.
About You:
- Minimum three years’ experience in a business management role, particularly in a multi-site environment.
- Change management skills (both personal and as a leader).
- Effective leadership skills and the ability to successfully manage people, including employee relations, workforce planning, change management and conflict resolution.
- Strong financial and accounting acumen and confident reporting abilities.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-directed, strong time management and the ability to plan and execute strategies.
- Qualifications in business management, human resource management or a relevant degree is highly desirable.
This role supports Queensland clinics (Brisbane to Northern Queensland) and will involve travel.
When you are not visiting clinics, you will be provided with tools of trade required to work from home or from our Brisbane based office. Car allowance included as tool of trade.
