Regional Manager, Katherine

The Northern Territory Department of Environment, Parks and Water Security is looking for an enthusiastic and suitably qualified and experienced person to work within the Weed Management Branch as a the Regional Manager Katherine. The position provides frontline technical and professional advice to industry, community and government bodies.The successful applicant will provide expert advice to a diverse range of stakeholders whilst also having responsibilities to manage operational budget and personnel of the Katherine regional team. You will need to love being outdoors and working in the Top End region of the NT. Knowledge and experience of weed management principles, development of strategic weed management plans and advice will be crucial to this role.
