The Opportunity

Consolidated Power Projects (CPP) are seeking a dynamic and visionary Regional Manager to lead our Victorian Operations business and drive business growth, due to an internal promotion. 

CPP are a market leader in the provision of High-Voltage energy solutions in the energy transmission industry. As our Regional Manager for Victoria, you will report to the Chief Operating Officer be a member of our senior leadership team.  Bringing your strategic leadership skills you will be responsible for business development and the delivery of projects to agreed quality, time and budget requirements. You will also oversee multiple work groups including Construction, Project Management and Development, and Administration.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Extensive experience (10+ years) in a Senior Management role in the power transmission industry
• A track record of delivering High-Voltage infrastructure projects
• Demonstrated experience in driving business growth whilst successfully delivering complex projects
• Exceptional leadership capabilities with the ability to successfully lead multiple work groups
• Strategic planning expertise and the ability to successfully manage a P&L
• Qualifications in Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Business or Commerce will be highly regarded
