Your Role
Australian Military Bank is seeking a highly motivated, results driven leader to take ownership for and drive the KPIs for our ACT/ South Coast Region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and progressive Mutual Bank that has experienced continued growth through innovation and collaboration.
Reporting to Head of Branch Member Experience as a Regional Member Experience Manager, you'll implement innovative activities to build our brand and grow our membership base. You'll also lead, coach and develop a team of lenders, using an established learning and coaching model through whose efforts regional targets are met and performance is sustained.
Based at our regional office at Duntroon ACT, this position offers challenge, variety, and the chance to bring your previous banking expertise to a unique environment within the Defence community, through our 4 on-base branches throughout the ACT/ South Coast Region. This role involves travel to our ACT and South Coast regional branches. A company car will be provided.
About You
To ensure your success in this role, you will have:
- Previously led a team of lenders that have regularly met or exceeded targets across a range of banking products.
- Well-developed lending skills, experience with a DLAA highly desirable
- Experience working in a centralised lending environment with contemporary retail banking products, processes and systems.
- Strong communication skills and can lead, coach, develop & influence others
- Confidence & warmth in handling difficult situations.
- Unrestricted drivers licence
- Tier 2 Financial Services
- Cert IV in Financial Services or Frontline Management is desirable
