Role Overview:

As the Regional Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our operational activities. You will be responsible for overseeing operations in four states, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and exceptional customer service. This role requires calm leadership, strong customer relationship management skills, high-level operational experience, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse personalities.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the operational activities across multiple states

Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction

Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the operations team

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders

Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary

Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to direct reports and operational staff

About You: 

Proven experience in a senior operational management role, preferably within the transport or logistics industry

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Strong customer relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels

Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

Flexibility to travel as required
